pregnancy exercises

Pregnancy exercises should be started early for easier delivery. Despite this knowledge,  I haven't started my routine yet. So far, the only exercise that I am into is walking (which happens only during the weekends, if we get to go to the mall).

According to webmd, there are simple exercises that can help keep woman stay fit during pregnancy. Under the stretching exercises are neck rotation, shoulder rotation, thigh shift, leg shake and ankle rotation.  There are also some tailored exercises for pregnancy, these are: tailor seat and tailor press. The best exercise so far is the Kegel Exercise. It is very easy and yet very effective during labor.

As much as I wanted to try using treadmills for my exercises, I haven't asked my OB about it yet. I think, it is fine as long as it is regulated and I have someone to assist me
