One thing that my parents taught me is to have a good hygiene, especially on the dental area. Since my dad used to work at Colgate Palmolive, we were given benefits that would make our oral hygiene more fun and affordable. It had worked well because at our age, my siblings and I still have healthy sets of teeth.

This is one thing I would like to pass to my daughter. I will make sure that she gets early oral hygiene which will definitely begin as soon as possible. I wanted her to have good set of teeth because it will surely benefit her in return. I wanted to find a good pedia dentist who will be my partner in taking care of her teeth. If I can find one similar to the efficiency of a Washington DC dentist I will definitely for it. It is a wise investment...

For now, I will just make sure that I am able to provide her the basic calcium needs that she requires. The rest will just follow.
