just another OB appointment
or as I thought...
I went to visit the IM first since her schedule is several hours before my OB but when I got to her floor, she already left
The schedule given to me was 10am-2pm. I got there at 1pm but the secretary said that she already left . Since my next schedule is at 3pm, I went to SM first. I visited National Bookstore and bought the book which I reserved for my monita. I had it wrapped there also then I sent it already through Air21. It was still early so I went to Booksale to look for new books but I didn't find one that I would really like to read.
By 3:30, I was already waiting for my OB. Her secretary took my weight, I was still 67 kilos and my BP is 110/70. I was the first patient in line. She arrived around 4 pm. The first thing I told her is that I wasn't able to meet up with the IM. The first time was when the IM went to a Convention and this morning, she left early. I asked her if she can recommend another IM so that I can already continue with the management. She referred me to an IM whose affiliated with another hospital.
After that, she checked the result of the CAS. I was glad that baby Gwenks is still okay for her size. Her head circumference is within the limit for her AOG. Since she considers my case as a high-risk, she requested that I have a Non-Stress Test and a BPP before our next meeting. She requested for the NST to make sure that baby is okay and active, stress-free inside the tummy. The BPP is to monitor my amniotic fluid, etc.
She checked me physically. Based on her calculations, baby G weighs approximately 2 kilos. Heartbeat of 146 is okay.
I'll meet her again after 2 weeks. That will be on the 23rd, and I should have the tests made before going to her. Again, I'm praying that the results will be fine. I worry about baby Gwenks a lot.
