I don't want to look at my body lately. The remaining fats from my pregnancy belly is still there. I still look pregnant. For this year, I promise that I should get rid of it, the soonest possible time. I may have to take diet pills or do an everyday exercise regime, I will still do it. Now I know why there are women who feel depress after their pregnancy. The body is really a problem at the start. It lowers confidence and self-esteem.

I don't have a super nice body before pregnancy but I hope to get back to my original structure. This may change my routine and I hope to stand by it.
