our Valentine's date
Our small family woke up early... not to be cheesy on Valentine's day but to change baby's diaper. We usually wake up at 4 or 5 am to change her nappy but this time, we woke up late. Tatay gets to prepare the stuff (the water that we'd use to wash her, the cotton balls, the diaper and her pajama), while I get to wash and change her. She was silent this time because she was still sleepy and she just drank her milk. After changing her, she went back to sleep while we chatted on how she has been the past month. During the conversation, she'd smile and make face at us. This prompted G to take her pictures, wish we had a better cam to document her different faces.
The conversation brought us to planning her baptism, her future trips (but this does not include the Machu Picchu travel since we haven't updated our passports yet), how she would be when she grows up, having other children, etc. We didn't notice that it was already 8 am and a little late to start with many errands we scheduled for today.
For me, the conversation with G is already a good way to celebrate the V day. It's not everyday that we get to talk and plan about our life. Even without the flowers and chocolates, 021409 is still a memorable V day for this small family. We have baby Gwenks with us and we just celebrated her month-old birthday
