Baby Gwenks had her New Born Screening Test the day she was born. We were asked to go back a month after for the result. While waiting for it, we kept on praying that nothing is wrong with baby. I had this worry because the son of my friend was diagnosed with G6 something deficiency. They learned about this from his NBS result.

We were supposed to get baby's NBS result sometime last week, the 14th but Gwen was not able to file for his leave. Then yesterday, while we were doing several errands we were able to get it from the hospital. While G went up to get the result, baby G and I went inside the chapel. We just sat there and said a little prayer. When G arrived, he was smiling. The result was A-Ok. Baby passed with flying color (if there is such thing with this test ).

This is another relief for us. We are now sure that baby is really healthy.
