Baby Gwenks is sick for the first time. She has been very cranky and sensitive since we got home. She doesn't want to be moved, she just wanted to be cuddled and hugged. The reason, she just got her vaccines. She has to endure 2 injection shots for it. Since we are on budget, we opted to have it from the center. Her pedia recommended that we can get it from there so we tried it.

We got to the center around 10 am and we were already next in line. The volunteers were very kind and accommodating that we opt to return again next month. Back to baby being sick... I had to monitor her temperature and I also made sure that she is comfortable. I gave her paracetamol every four hours as instructed. Her temperature went up to 38 degree Celsius.

This morning, her temperature was again back to normal. And she is back to her playful self. She is now sleeping in her 'duyan'  while I am writing this and looking for possible pool supplies that we can use during our summer vacation. I am just relieved that she is already feeling better. Now I can relate to mothers who feel uncomfortable when their little one is sick and not feeling well.
