tummy time

I've read that babies sleeping on their backs or in prone position lessen the risk of SIDS but letting the baby sleep on her tummy encourages motor developments. I've tried putting baby Gwenks sleep on her tummy for several times already but she feels uncomfortable with it. Maybe this is because she is not used to it or because of her big tummy. It helped that I use pillows to support her tummy because she enjoys it for several minutes. I even tried bribing her that if she would stay 'up' longer, she can also play with her tatay longer. It didn't work. Maybe it is still too early for her since she is just about to turn 3 months...

Howell, an update on her size: she is still big. She might have gained weight again the past week because she has been sucking her milk like she hasn't drank any for several days. I am even thinking of stopping her supplements like Nutrilin and Ceelin (not because of addiction and expensive drug rehab but because she is really heavy.) I am usually tired at the end of the day that I wouldn't need any drug overdose to get the sleep that I needed. As soon as I hit the bed, I am already off to lalaland.
