after pregnancy, then what?

One of the most common problems encountered by women who gave birth is how to lose belly fat. I am lucky genetically because I did not face this problem big time.  I say big time because even if I had it my belly is not that big compared with other moms. The only thing I did to minimize the fat belly is by doing exercise. I wanted to do sit-ups but I didn't have enough time for it. What I did was, while taking care and playing with baby G, I let her sit or lie on my legs (we are on a sitting position) and I bend towards her. It was effective and since she is quite heavy, I also get to tone my abdominal muscles.

With my second pregnancy, I hope to lose the belly fat the same way. I might even lose it in lesser time since i will be looking after 2 children that time. I would also like to that aside from exercise, it is also important that you choose your diet. Avoid foods that are difficult to digest and absorbed by the body. Drink lots of liquid and sweat it out...
