tiring weekend
Last weekend was so tiring, not only for me but for the little girl as well. We started our weekend early. Tatay was set to play war games with the boys of the family. We were supposed to go with him (so that he could go home early) but on the last minute we arrived to a decision that it is better if we stay behind. Instead, MIL went here to stay for the day. On this day, my side of the family are also on their way here from Isabela. Imagine having more than 10 people inside our small house all at the same time. While I was busy entertaining and at the same time preparing the food, the little girl was also busy entertaining her grandparents. She kept on showing her happy face and dancing her 'Nobody' dance. She was up even past her 7 pm bedtime.
Sunday was more or less the same. We were up at 4 am, the time when Acey arrived at home, and so was lil G. She enjoyed seeing many people and even posed for her tita while she was taking pictures of her. We went back to bed at around 5 am already. I can say that she was really tired. Once we hit the bed, she was snoring. I joked that maybe even on top of any ping pong tables she can easily sleep as well.
Monday, we got up early again. 3 am, we send off my parents going home to Isabela. They didn't want to encounter heavy Monday traffic so they opted to leave really early. This day, we spent most of the time sleeping. Trying to make up for the tiring weekend that we had.
