diet at 34 weeks

Thanks to GDM, I am still 'always hungry'. I still have to be picky when it comes to my diet. NO too much carbohydrates or else my sugar will surely rise to a high level. And in case it would reach above 140 mg, I will start  my insulin injection again which I do not want to happen. Aside from the fact that the insulin is quite expensive, it is also tedious getting shots everyday.

Looking on the bright side, this is better that I control my food intake now. This means that I will no longer have to worry about the quick weight loss diet that I will have to go through after pregnancy. I won't be able to engage in one immediately since I will definitely try to breastfeed this time.

I wish and pray that I'll be able to give birth easily again this time. I hope baby Stef won't grow that big so she can be delivered normally too. Hay... I'll diet to the max... if this means that baby will be safer
