First, it was baby Gwenks. Now Stefi also got the virus. The girls have been sick for several days now. They have colds and cough. Before leaving for Isabela, we visited the kids' pedia. She recommended Ambroxol for Gwenks (since it was only her who was sick that day). I just have to observe the cough and make sure that the younger kid won't get afflicted.

It is very difficult when the children are sick. They would just cry because they can't express what they feel. It is so disheartening for me. If I could only protect them from virus and bacteria. But then, I could only help them prevent illnesses. I give them  vitamin supplements to strengthen their bodies. I now give Stefi breastmilk for stronger immunity. Gwenks, on the other hand, gets fruits and vegetables on her diet.

I hope they get well soon. At least before we go back home.
